Hi! My name is Alícia, and I am from Porto Alegre, Brazil.
I love to travel and have been dancing for as long as I can remember. This is my second year in the DGYP; the program has been instrumental in helping me pursue my lifelong dream of dancing ballet professionally in Europe, and after receiving an offer for a professional contract with the National Romanian Opera in Timișoara, I decided to take a second gap year to embrace this incredible opportunity. I’m beyond excited for what this year holds and can’t wait to share my journey with you on this blog.
